FAQs

What does AURA stand for?

AURA = Align • Unwind • Refine • Awaken

Our classes are designed to help you move with intention, build strength, release stress, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

What should I bring?

We provide mats for all classes

.

We recommend bringing:

  • A water bottle (or buy one in studio)
  • A sweat towel (or rent one at the studio)
  • Comfortable workout clothing

What should I wear?

Wear clothing you can move comfortably in.

Most members choose:

  • Leggings, bike shorts, or athletic shorts
  • A tank, sports bra, or fitted workout top
  • Grip socks are optional but recommended for safety ( for sale onsite if you forget yours)

The studio is heated for most classes, so lightweight, moisture-wicking fabrics tend to be most comfortable.

Is AURA beginner friendly?

Absolutely.

Whether it’s your first yoga class, first Pilates class, or your first time exercising in years, you’re welcome here.

Our instructors offer modifications and encouragement so you can move at your own pace.

Sculpt classes are geared towards more intermediate guests.

How hot is the studio?

Our heated classes are typically around 95°F using infrared heat and airflow to create a warm, comfortable environment that supports movement and recovery.

Do I need to book ahead?

We recommend reserving your spot through the AURA app, or on the website especially for popular class times.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and meet your instructor.

If you’re new to AURA, arriving a few minutes early gives us time to answer any questions.

What if I’m late?

For safety and to minimize disruption, late entry will not be permitted once class has begun.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes may be canceled up to 2 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer extra  red light therapy time?

Yes. Red light therapy is available as an add-on following class to support recovery and relaxation. Spots are limited.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all.

You don’t need to touch your toes, have experience, or know the poses. AURA is for every body and every stage of your movement journey.
